The accommodation at St Cassian’s Centre is basic, but lovely. It’s a youth retreat centre, so it’s single beds in twin rooms, with no locks on the doors and no en suite.

That said, as a base it’s great – and we’re there to see one another and celebrate, so what more do you need?

Bedding and towels will be provided. Please bring your own toiletries, but don’t worry if you forget anything, we’re sure there’ll be plenty going around which you can share.

There is no cost for the accommodation. If you’d like to, we’re encouraging people to give a donation towards the Centre. Something like £30 per room/family. There’ll even be a contactless device available during the weekend for you to tap and give. Alternatively, there’ll be an option to leave cash or a cheque. But there’s no pressure.

You’ll be able to get into your room(s) on Friday afternoon. And there’s no rush to leave on Sunday morning.

Camping

Thank you to those of you who are camping! Don’t tell anyone, but you’re our favourites. We know some of you weren’t planning on camping, but it means that more of us are able to be together on site, and this makes us very happy.

The camp site is at the back of the Centre, right by the car park. It’s actually a lovely spot, and is really close to indoor toilets and a kitchenette which will be yours for the whole weekend.

You will also have full access to the Centre to be able to use the showers, and a dedicated space to get ready. We’re working on access to full length mirrors, too!
